Boubacar has been involved in many water, environmental, poverty reduction, infrastructure and land development projects throughout his 30 year professional career. A specialisation of CBA Consultants has grown from Boubacar’s expertise in hydrological and hydraulic modelling, honed in both his professional work and his PhD research.

Boubacar’s directorship of CBA Consultants employs the environmental engineering skills and expertise of his team to provide effective, sustainable business solutions which benefit our communities and environment, in New Zealand and internationally. Boubacar grew up in Sanambele, Mali, West Africa, settling in New Zealand in 1989. Boubacar is inspired to address land, water and environmental engineering challenges to make a positive impact, especially for those facing the challenges of poverty.
